September 14, 2015

San Francisco, CARoyal Philips (NYSE: PHG AEX: PHIA) today announced details around its participation in the Dreamforce 2015 conference in San Francisco, Calif. “The digital health revolution is empowering consumers to take more control of their personal health and wellness, and data from connected devices is giving us deeper insights into how we can approach population health management, especially for those people living with chronic disease,” said Jeroen Tas, CEO, Healthcare Informatics Solutions and Services, Philips. “By securely connecting patient-gathered information to clinical data and turning this into actionable information, we’re helping promote better self-management and, potentially, improve overall patient health.”
