My team and I manage and cultivate the realms of social media, interactive websites and all forms of digital engagement, and we are always adapting our methods to ensure we communicate with customers in a way that best suits them.

Everyone these days is tech-savvy and the whole world is going digital: most people have smartphones and millions use social media and digital messaging as their primary forms of interaction, so our approaches are changing all the time to reflect the constantly evolving digital environment.

I’m focused on bringing innovation to the people, and one of my key aims is to give visitors the information they need to understand not only the benefits of our products, but the concepts that led to their development.

We live in a world where technology has become increasingly embedded in everything we do, and I love seeing how digital’s progression is helping to improve lives. It’s a very exciting time to be working in this space because there are just so many possibilities, and there’s always something fresh to discover.

One of the best aspects of working for Philips is that the company wants its employees to learn new skills and keep progressing. When it comes to my career I’m very ambitious, and this is a great place to work for anyone who isn’t happy unless they’re moving forward.

I’ve developed a lot since joining Philips, and I’ve gained a much better understanding of digital’s vast scope. I’m learning new things every day, but I’m also becoming more aware of the fact that there will always be updated information to absorb and new skills to acquire.
