Which are the main use cases for Imalytics 3.2?

Do you have FDA or CE approval?
Given the research nature of Imalytics, any regulatory framework would constrain the flexibility necessary for assisting cutting edge research projects, which require state-of-the-art tools and the development of protocols that do not exist yet.


Which other services are available in the frame of Imalytics (research agreements)?
The joint development of brand new tools for Imalytics (new modules or algorithms) of mutual interest and the customization of existing Imalytics tools, modules and algorithms to attend specific project requirements


Does Imalytics come with the PC?
Normally yes, Imalytics is provided with a high-end PC, able to run its demanding processes. Although we don’t recommend it, customers have the alternative to buy only the software license. In this case, please be sure that it‘ll be installed on a high-end PC. Check the section Workstation Specifications for requirements and details.



Can I perform my 90Y dosimetry analysis with Imalytics?

Yes. 90Y dosimetry analysis can be smoothly performed using the Stratos application on Imalytics 3.2 or higher.


Which tracers are supported for the dosimetry analysis?

Currently we support following isotopes:
Therapy isotopes: 18F, 90Y, 131I, Lu, 166Ho, 188RH, 32P, 153Sm
Imaging isotopes: 68Ga, 124I, 111In, 99Tc and all therapy isotopes
If you require any other one, we can develop it together on request.


Can I use several points in time for dosimetry calculations?

Yes, in Imalytics you can perform dosimetry calculations using several images acquired at different points in time.


Are the dosimetry calculations on Imalytics performed voxel-by-voxel or organ based?

Our goal is to move towards personalized medicine and offer more accuracy and flexibility in the analysis, therefore we use the voxel-by-voxel approach.


Can I also use planar images (2D) as input for the calculation of 3D maps in dosimetry imaging procedures?

Yes, Imalytics can perform dosimetry calculations of 3D maps using related planar images.

Brain Metabolism


Which tracers do you support for brain metabolism evaluation using PET?
The CAD4D modules on Imalytics support FDG and Amyloid. In the framework of a cooperation agreement, we can adapt the applications to support other tracers.


Do you have a specialized module for comprehensive longitudinal reviews?
Yes, with Imalytics’ MultiViewer module you can perform longitudinal reviews at a glance.

Does Imalytics have dedicated algorithms for automatically correcting the Partial Volume Effect?
Yes, Imalytics’ PVC module provides algorithms for the correction of the Partial Volume Effect.

Yes, you can integrate and run your own algorithms (C++) in Imalytics using our programming interface or our external tool launcher.


Is it possible to start external tools directly from the Imalytics workstation?
Yes, using our external tool launcher, it is possible to open external applications and tools directly from Imalytics.


Can I export the results that I obtain with Imalytics to other tools?
Yes, Imalytics allows you to export your results (including graph data) in a format that can be read by worksheets or statistics programs.


Can I propagate the VOIs that I generate in one application to any other one?
Yes, Imalytics allows to propagate the volumes and lines of interest in any other of its modules and applications. This way, you can save time and be sure that the defined regions are going to be consistently processed in any other analysis.


What if I need a tool for my research that doesn’t exist yet?
If the existing Imalytics modules don’t fulfill all your research needs, in the framework of a cooperation agreement, we can jointly develop new modules, algorithms or tools, or adapt existing ones.


If I have a bottle-neck in my research project, can you help me with the analysis and assessment of medical images?

Yes, we can take care of the assessment and evaluation of anonymized data in the research fields covered by Imalytics. For that we need to sign a cooperation agreement.


Can I connect Imalytics to my PACS?

Yes, Imalytics supports the DICOM standard and acts as an application entity title (AET), which can be defined as a DICOM Node in the PACS.


How long does a pharmacokinetic computation take in Imalytics?
As the only one of its class, a voxel-by-voxel pharmacokinetic computation for all model parameters is performed in a matter of seconds in Imalytics, even for complex models.

Yes, in Imalytics you can easily calculate signal-to-noise, contrast to noise as well as several other ratios.


Is it possible to correct the MRI bias field in Imalytics?

Can I post-process magnetic particle images (MPI) with your station?
Yes, Imalytics is a complete platform for the import, visualization, processing and management of MPI data (in combination with the MPI module).
