Policies and procedures

The Philips General Business Principles govern the Company’s business decisions and actions throughout the world, applying equally to corporate actions and the behavior of individual employees when on company business.

 

They incorporate the fundamental principles on which all Philips activities are or should be based: integrity, fair trade, non-discrimination and equal opportunities.

 

In addition, Philips uses a standard General Purchase Agreement and standard contracts. The processes related to these are aligned across all Philips businesses.

 

Similarly, we use standardized processes for measuring and evaluating supplier performance and reporting.

 

All employees must also act in accordance with the Supply Management Code of Ethics.
