On the course you’ll work in small teams, competing against others in simulated technology roadmap scenarios, determining strategic technology directions and investing in key technology developments. We’ll provide feedback on the impact of your team’s decisions so you can modify your thinking accordingly. Along the way, we’ll throw in a few disruptive events to see how you react. It’s several years’ worth of business experience packed into three days and as close to the future as you can get. You’ll have to use your leadership skills and powers of persuasion to the full if your team is to succeed, but you’ll also have ample opportunity to present your personal opinions on what went right and what went wrong and to prove that you have the drive and ambition to get a top technology job.
