You’ll find out what it means to be a controller at Philips, directly involved in operational management. It’s an excellent opportunity to put all your learning firmly into practice, get feedback on your skills and rub shoulders with senior Philips professionals. Based on your performance, we may offer you a job at the end of the course. You’ll need to show us excellent leadership skill and analytical ability, along with strong technical team-working and influencing skills.

What kind of people are we looking for?

To make it onto this course, you’ll need to combine an excellent academic record with entrepreneurial instinct and analytical ability, as well as strong leadership and interpersonal skills. We’re looking for people who can influence business decisions, who demand top performance of themselves and others, and who are determined to achieve excellent results.

You should be a final-year Masters graduate, with a broad finance interest. Fluent business English is essential, and you must be willing to take on a range of challenges in a variety of locations (throughout the start of your career you will be exposed to challenges in different locations.) 1 to 2 years’ working experience is a plus.
