In addition to your Masters Degree qualification, you will need 7-12 years of relevant working experience, of which at least 6-8 yrs in R&D/ innovation/ technology for electronic products/systems (hardware and/or software).
It is essential that your experience includes active involvement in the research and/or development of electronic products/systems, management of both people and projects as well as interaction with marketing (and/or customers). You are able to identify new opportunities to grow business through technology and innovation, and you embrace these opportunities with the enthusiasm needed to drive them forward to success. Ideally, your career has taken you to different parts of the world and made you multilingual (English being one language that you are fluent in). Ideally, you have worked in all the various stages of innovation throughout a technology lifecycle.

strict deadline product development involving applied technology and collaboration with purchasing, manufacturing and marketing departments;

successfully managed a project-team transforming a breakthrough new idea with regard to a product concept/technology into a successful delivery
