Member of the Executive Committee Responsibilities: Healthcare Sector Before joining Philips Steve Rusckowski held numerous management positions with the healthcare division of Hewlett-Packard/Agilent Technologies. He was the General Manager of Agilent’s Healthcare Solutions Group when Philips acquired this business in 2001. Mr. Rusckowski was previously the CEO of the Imaging Systems business group of Philips Healthcare. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer Philips Healthcare on November 1, 2006. On April 1, 2007 he became a member of the Board of Management. Mr. Rusckowski was born in 1957 in the United States and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a degree in management science from the Mass Institute of Technology (MIT).
