Happily Ever After
Disney is moving on with the facial grooming times and is allowing its staff to grow a beard or goatee, so long as it remains shorter than a quarter of an inch. Previously, Disney has kept its reputation of having one of the strictest dress codes, only allowing staff to grow a mustache like Walt Disney himself. The change is a huge move for Disney; accepting that although it hires its staff as entertainers and requires its staff to be lean cut, the boundaries of clean cut and what is acceptable in society are changing.
