What is the application procedure at Philips in Drachten?

If there is a match, your application will be discussed with the appropriate hiring manager. This discussion will take place irrespective of whether there is an immediate vacancy available because we want to make sure that, as a ‘pre-qualified’ candidate, you are the first to hear about vacancies as soon as they arise.
Obviously, if there is an immediate job vacancy that matches your profile, we will invite you to participate in the normal interview process.
