Follow one of our Traineeships, and we’ll both be able to work out where your major talents and interests lie.
That’s why we’re setting up an increasing number of traineeship programs in a number of countries. Structured to provide you with a steep learning curve, they will give you the opportunity to work on some very challenging assignments. At the same time, you’ll be able to take advantage of coaching and training programs that will hugely accelerate your professional development.
As an international organization, we believe in involving people from a wide spectrum of backgrounds and nationalities in these valuable programs. For example, in specific functional areas, across different countries, there are dedicated traineeship programs for Supply Chain Management and for Finance & Accounting.
We have already gained a lot of experience with traineeship programs, and regularly update them so that they reflect the aspirations of our graduates and the needs of an ever-changing market. For example, in Germany about 35 participants join in a two-year program that includes two different job assignments. There are twice-yearly training sessions and many opportunities to build your own network with other graduates in the company.
It's not only with traineeships that we provide you with accelerated learning opportunities. Training-on-the-job remains an important factor across your entire career. Getting the ownership and support to work on challenging assignments 'in real life' can accelerate your learning even more. Some graduate hires even prefer to start in a real job.
