Before we even think of designing a product, we make sure that we have a good idea. That’s where you’ll put our intuition to the test. You’ll take the idea, scout for suitable technologies, and then prove to us that it could be a functional product. That not only means proof of feasibility, it means putting the idea through its paces, testing it out in real-life scenarios, using real consumers. You’ll feed back your findings, and the bright ideas you come up with on the way, into the pre-development process until we not only have a good idea but one that really fits with what consumers need.
It’s pre-development on the leading edge of domestic appliance innovation, and doing it will see you cooperating with internal and external partners in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams. There’s no more rewarding way to use your proven track record in pre-development or R&D, and your education. Of course, you are an analytical and creative thinker, open minded and communicative. Preferably, you already have two or more years of (pre-)development experience in Europe or the USA and you feel comfortably at home with structured design processes, and methodologies such as modelling and tolerance design.
