Children and physical activity

Active children generally become active adults, and getting them into a good exercise routine while they’re young will be critical for maintaining heart health throughout their life. The added benefits of exercise – improved concentration and lower obesity rates – are yet more reasons why all children aged 5-17 years old should be doing at least an hour of exercise every single day.
