How much fruit and vegetables is enough?

Since the World Health Organization (WHO) finds that 80 percent of adults don’t get their recommended daily amount of fruit and vegetables, it’s worth reminding ourselves of just what enough looks like. WHO says it takes a minimum of 400g of fruit and vegetables a day to lower the risk of lifestyle-related illnesses such as heart disease, Type 2 diabetes and obesity. One quick solution to getting all those grams? Start juicing at home! A juicer such as the one Philips offers can make it a snap to prepare fruits and vegetables for drinking and for a variety of cooking applications. You can also download the Phillips Healthy Drinks app. It’s a handy way to get the most out of juicing and blending and start making healthy and delicious juices
