Recipe: apple carrot and ginger smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 apple
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 100 ml water

Directions

  • 1. Cut apple, carrot and ginger into small chunks
  • 2. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth
  • 3. Enjoy your apple, carrot and ginger smoothie!
