Improving people’s lives through innovation gives great pride to designers. I try to see the world through the eyes of our users. When I design a product I don’t design it for myself; I design it for the people who will experience it.
Our starting point is that each individual is different. We carry out research so we can understand people and offer solutions which can be adapted to their needs. As an example, for a coffee machine we may offer specific coffee recipes for different cultures, or allow users to further personalize the coffee they make. And we always design with the end-user experience in mind. After exploring solutions, we involve users to confirm and refine our proposals.
