That’s why we try to truly understand users’ rational thinking, as well as their emotional responses, when developing products, solutions and services. I also believe in starting the design process by engaging with the end-user. We co-create with them whenever possible as well.
As a color and materials finishing designer, I collect as many insights as I can from different regions and markets to connect design and culture in an aesthetically satisfying way. I try to inspire change by exploring the unknown and bringing real consumer insights to the design process, so we can create meaningful value for people.
