Özlem Fidanci
Özlem Fidanci is Chief of International Region, responsible for the results of all Philips geographies (with the exception of North America and Greater China). She is a member of the Royal Philips Executive Committee.
Özlem joined Philips from Versuni, where she was Chief Commercial Officer and achieved exceptional growth. Prior to this, Özlem was at Philips for 22 years. She has deep expertise serving health systems' needs, including working directly with both private and public healthcare customers, as well as extensive consumer domain experience. During her time at the company, she took on various roles including Health Systems Leader and Market Leader Middle East & Türkiye.
She has an extensive track record in delivering high growth in mature and emerging markets, working closely with customers and governments, and is known for building high-performing teams.
I am passionate about serving Philips’ customers in every corner of the world, ensuring better care reaches more people and improves lives globally.
Originally from Istanbul, Türkiye, Özlem has lived and worked in Istanbul, Singapore, Dubai and Amsterdam. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bosphorous University Istanbul and loves to paint, write and hike, and she’s passionate about diversity and inclusion. She is married and has one son.
