I like the fact that Philips Design is so diverse, with many different people and disciplines spread all over the world. It gives me energy when valuable connections are made across teams, and when we enrich (design) content by working together and learning from each other.
I’m passionate about applying my experience of working with various businesses and on diverse programs to help customers, users and patients. Our solutions should always enrich the user experience, and to do that they obviously need to be brought to market. This means I have to understand business, technology and design in the right context. On top of this, as designer I must take the user perspective into consideration as well. This is part of the design craft necessary to deliver qualitative experiences.
